Sips And Songs, A New Way To Experience The Ukulele
Sips And Songs is the brain child of musician Bobbi Pratt. The idea stems from the same concept as paint night at your local pub. Bring your uke, rent or borrow one and come and learn some chords and two different songs that you can take home and continue to enjoy.
The primary goal of this workshop is to get those people who bought a ukulele wanting to learn but never had time to take formal lessons a chance to see if they would like the instrument. It gives people a basic understanding of how to play two different songs. Most of all this workshop is meant to be a fun couple of hours where we meet new people with a similar interest in the ukulele and enjoy playing music with our favorite beverages.
Sips And Songs give beginning ukulele players to the tools to continue learning and loving the music of the ukulele.
Sips and Songs Online
This workshop is the online version of my live workshop entitled Sips and Songs. If you signed up for the live Sips and Songs workshop, then you will be given lifetime access to the online course on this website. This makes a great reference for students to go back and view videos should they forget what they learned in the live workshop.
Online students have the same experience, except not in a social setting with their favorite beverage. Well, maybe with their favorite beverage, but the social aspects of this workshop are not the same. Either way, I hope you enjoy what you learn and can take your ukulele playing to the next step.
